What is the minimum withdrawal?The minimum withdrawal is 20 DOGE. Make sure your Dogecoin wallet address is correct before submitting a payout request.
What is the withdrawal fee?The withdrawal fee is 0 DOGE. The full requested DOGE amount is shown before you confirm the withdrawal.
When do mining rewards arrive?After payment confirmation activates a paid plan, its calculated return accrues progressively in the wallet balance for the selected contract period.
How long do withdrawals take?Completed withdrawals are usually processed quickly, but network confirmation time can vary depending on Dogecoin blockchain activity.
Can I withdraw to any wallet?You can withdraw to a valid Dogecoin wallet address. Always check the address carefully because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Do new members receive a free plan?Yes. New and existing eligible members receive the free starter plan for one year from its activation date. A paid deposit is required to activate additional custom GH/S power.
Which deposit methods are supported?The purchase page shows the currently available CoinPayments currencies. Select a displayed currency and use only the generated amount, address, and payment instructions.

What is a mining server?A mining server is hosted infrastructure that contributes computing power to mining operations while your dashboard tracks assigned hashrate.
How does the custom plan work?You must select a contract period, then enter your DOGE budget or GH/S power. Available periods are 30 days at 5%, 90 days at 12%, 1 year at 30%, and 2 years at 60%.
Does the contract return include my deposit?Yes. Total contract return equals the original plan amount plus its profit: 105% after 30 days, 112% after 90 days, 130% after one year, or 160% after two years.
How is the daily return calculated?The total contract return is divided across the selected duration. Example: a 100 DOGE plan for 90 days has a 112 DOGE total return, distributed progressively across 90 days.
What does GH.S power mean?GH.S power means gigahashes per second, a measurement used to describe the mining speed assigned to your customized cloud allocation.
Can I increase my GH.S power?Yes. Use the Custom Mining Package on the Wallet dashboard to select another required contract period and purchase additional GH/S power.
Can I run more than one custom allocation?Multiple active GH.S power allocations can be shown in the active cloud table, depending on your account setup and available mining capacity.
How long does Lucky Spin power last?Every GH/S mining-power reward won from Lucky Spin expires 15 days after the original win date. This 15-day rule also applies to rewards won by older members.
Why does DOGE price change?DOGE price is updated from a live market API. The value can move up or down based on global cryptocurrency trading activity.
How does the live market section work?The live market panel checks crypto prices and 24H movement, showing green when a coin is up and red when it is down.
How do referrals earn?You earn affiliate DOGE when invited users customize and activate eligible GH.S power through your referral link.
Where is my referral link?Your referral link, performance, banners, and earning history are available on the Affiliate page.
Is my account secure?Keep your email and password private, use a strong password, and never share your wallet or account access details with anyone.
How do I change my password?Go to the Account page, enter your new password, confirm it, then provide your current password before saving account details.
Can I change my email?Use the Account Details form to update your email. Make sure the new email is active and accessible for support communication.
What does Completed status mean?Completed means the payout, deposit, or affiliate earning has finished processing and is recorded in your dashboard table.
Why is a payout not visible yet?Some payout rows update live. If a payout is missing, refresh the page and check the wallet address, amount, and request time.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?Once a withdrawal is completed on the network, it cannot be canceled. Review the DOGE amount and wallet address before submitting.
What happens if I enter a wrong wallet?A wrong Dogecoin wallet address can cause permanent loss. Always copy, paste, and recheck the wallet before confirming.
What does Total Deposit show?Total Deposit shows the account’s completed deposits. Select Transactions to open the Account page and scroll directly to the deposit table.
What is Active cloud?Active cloud shows your running mining allocations, including GH.S power, speed, time left, and current status.
Are calculator values guaranteed?Calculator values are estimates shown before payment. Always review the selected duration, DOGE amount, GH/S power, percentage, total return, and final CoinPayments invoice before sending funds.
Who can withdraw?Withdrawals are available to upgraded paid-plan members and eligible members with recorded referral profit. Free-plan-only members must upgrade before withdrawing; insufficient balance is checked first.
How can I verify my payment?Use the purchase page transaction monitor and your blockchain transaction ID. If you need help, contact support with the selected coin, amount, date, and wallet address.
